Business Support Analyst - Single Bank Platform

BUSINESS SUPPORT ANALYST - SINGLE BANK PLATFORM

A Business Support Analyst with EFX markets experience is required to work on a 3 ½ month contract (with the possibility of extension) for our prestigious financial services client based in central London.

The purpose of the role is to provide functional support to the exf desk and testing team; testing new software releases and configurations, issuing escalation to development/vendors, keeping communication business focused, and IT management of technical issues.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team of four support analysts covering the hours between 5:30am to 10:00pm, supporting London and NY markets working on the trading floor closely with technical support, E-commerce business, and client services teams.

This role will require working in shifts, with the early shift commencing at 5:30am and the late shift at around 10:30pm. The team works most bank holidays.
