Leading Financial Services client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Analyst to support a large team
The Business Support will perform a wide range of tasks including processing of internal instructions or business requirements, resolution of queries, provision of advice to internal business partners, provide support to a number of workstreams on a day to day basis and other general administrative support.
The Business Support will have the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to undertake routine analysis of information and provide interpretation
- Identify, understand, investigate and resolve routine issues within area of responsibility.
- Document existing activities/processes, using appropriate modelling tools and pull together documentation to support others in making informed decisions.
- Relationship Management, Diary management, logistics for Business Leads
- Participate in training and briefing activities that will ensure ongoing awareness of changes in relevant processes, products, services, unit policies and procedures, industry and banking requirements.
