BUSINESS SUPPORT ANALYST
Multi-national financial organisation require a Business Support Analyst for a long term contract based in Milan.
The duties will include:
- Manage, plan and deliver client and operational readiness workstreams for all group projects
- Manage, plan and deliver CTS projects and initiatives
- Provide effective reporting on all projects and ensure that CTS workstreams are delivered within budget
- Ensure that operational requirements are understood and delivered across the relevant platforms and systems
MANDATORY SKILLS
- Project co-ordination skills, managing project workstreams pro-actively to tight deadlines and ability to scope project requirements- minimum 2 years
- Document writing skills to a high standard
- Business Analysis background
- Strong problem solving and good analytical skills
- Must be a confident team player with good interpersonal skills including working with remote teams and senior stakeholders
- Good time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- FLUENT IN ITALIAN
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Technical experience
- Experience of release management or infrastructure
- An operational background
- An understanding of how Exchanges operate would be beneficial
PLEASE NOTE -
This is NOT a PMO role. The successful candidate will be managing their own workstreams and projects and be expected to work pro-actively to deliver them. These could range from writing a business requirements document; arranging a client event; delivering a workstream as part of a trading system upgrade; supporting the team during a live service incident.
The role is to start ASAP for 3 months initially renewable. Further details and job spec available on application.
