Business Support Centre Agent

Reading
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 20 per week - 10am to 2pm

Skills Sets:

*Confident
*Customer Service Experience
*Able to communicate clearly and concisely on the phone
*Able to multi task
*Can pick up new systems quickly
*Problem solving
*See issues/queries/complaints through to completion
*Able to understand when an issues needs to be escalated

Essential

*GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
*Customer Service and or service industry experience
*Working to targets and deadlines
*Experience of working on own initiative as well as part of a team
*Experience of managing and prioritising workload

Desirable

*Customer Service qualification
*Call centre or help desk experience
*Facilities Management background

As this is a telephone role we will be looking at initial telephone interviews to be followed by a face to face.

My client is looking for candidates who can build relationships quickly, have a good rapport but can be professional at the same time. Any Customer Service experience whether retail or office based is essential.
