A large financial services organisation based in Chester require a Business Support Administrator with strong Microsoft Excel experience and has ideally worked within a financial services organisation previously. Information Security/Audit experience would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including composing correspondence for management and department
* Relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for department
* Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information
* Will liaise with senior management and be exposed to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgement.
* Resolves personnel, audit and/or budget issues by researching and analysing unusual problems, administers bank programs and policies and provides interpretation to department.
* Responsibilities may include budget analysis and recommendations, operations analysis, identification and resolution of work flow issues, associate training, service quality, process improvement.
