Roles and responsibilities
. Purchasing - Preparation and monitoring of purchase requisitions for department
. Finance - Extracting finance data from SAP, incorporating this into Excel and monitoring against OMP budget
. Payroll and timesheets - management of department timesheets/AHP and allowances claims/monitoring SAP inputs
. Maintenance - management of pre-planned and responsive maintenance task in SAP system, including the management of equipment history files
. Access databases- management of contractors, task files etc
. Other general Business Support duties such as maintaining safety notices, audit reports, facility management log books etc
Essential Skills and Competencies
. Previous experience in Administration
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems
Desirable Skills and Competencies
. Experience with Financial reporting/Payroll/Book Keeping
. Previous experience of Purchasing
. Previous experience in Human resources
. Experience with SAP/ERP systems
