Business Studies and IT BTEC Teacher

Simply Education are currently recruiting for a long term BTEC Teacher to cover a selection of lessons from September on a full time basis.
We have a partnered school in Corby who are sadly losing a long term member of staff who covers four subjects on their BTEC course. The main focus of this role is to cover Business Studies and ICT so proven experience covering these subjects is required. The selected teacher will also be expected to deliver BTEC Travel and Tourism and PHSE, any experience covering these courses would be beneficial though teachers without this would be considered providing they are confident to deliver new courses.

The school itself is a newly built academy with great facilities and has a real community feel within the teaching faculty. The school can experience challenging behaviour at times, though the lessons covered on this placement are largely elective so we do not perceive this to be a problem for the teacher joining the school.
