BUSINESS STRATEGY CONSULTANT to join a Top Tier Bank in London
The role holder will be required to:
- Contribute to developing Corporate Banking's overall structural reform UK approach
- Assessing business impact of changing regulatory environment
- Leading structural projects aimed at aligning governance, organisational structure and control planning with Group initiatives
- The facilitation of development of business requirements and organizational design
- Production of materials for business discussion, approval and communication
- Facilitate deployment of the agreed post ring-fencing design within the business
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Essential
- Must have an MBA
- Must have previous and/or current top tier consultancy firm experience
- Must have extensive banking experience
- Knowledge of Ring Fencing the bank would be highly advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management
