PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Services teams to develop NPI warranty cost forecast.
Develop financial models to support strategic growth initiatives and influence business decision of business leaders via in-depth analyses.
Manage and drive initiatives as well as coordinate with logistics, procurement, operations teams to accomplish organizational goals.
Work with Material and Engineering teams to define and scope service ability risks and opportunities.
Drive the business analytics and financial analytics around extended warranty and business cases.
Streamline and standardize multiple business processes to improve process efficiency.
Communicate and help drive initiatives to support short and long term decision making.
Perform root cause analysis on exceptions, escalations or low performance to identify underlying issue. Propose solutions to identified issues and implement as needed.
SKILLS:
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree- MBA or graduate degree is a plus.
5+ years of related experiences in operations, finance, supply chain experience, preferably in consumer electronics or related fields.
Well versed in Excel and financial modelling.
Proven track record working within a diverse and global team with positive attitude and good communication skills
Be able to work with a high level of autonomy, and work well under pressure.
Flexible working the non-standard hours as business partners are located globally.
Possibility for travel.
