BUSINESS & SOLUTIONS LEAD ANALYST- BANKING - E/M-WALLETS - PAYMENTS - E-COMMERCE - AGILE

A leading FS company based in London is seeking a Business & Solutions Lead Analyst to lead a team of Business Analysts/Systems Analysts in the design and delivery of an innovative, new-to-market Payments industry proposition.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

- Working with cross functional teams to lead the development of core aspects of an innovative and cutting edge mobile payments proposition
- Experience of Business Analysis/Business Systems Analysis from at least one of the following point of view: Acquirer/Merchant/Card Scheme
- Experience of having worked in a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst style role in Customer Experience focussed projects
- Experience of payments (at least one of: Cards, Corporate Payments, PoS, E-commerce, Mobile, e/m-Wallets)
- Conversant and understanding of Customer Experience and working with Product Teams
- Quick to recognise constraints/challenges of design in order to document and recommend business solutions that address constraints/challenges
- Extensive experience of Agile is essential
