JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To serve as the Business Solutions Process Consultant for a specific workstream under the Administrative Capabilities Workstream within Benefits Administration of the larger Health Insurance Exchange Program. 
- Work within a workstream (Claims or Care Delivery/Rev Cycle) to ensure that the right business and technical solution are implemented. 
- Able to capture business requirements, develop business processes and manage key tasks and milestones within the workstream 

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- System Implementation Experience 
- Develop business processes which leads to facilitate meetings to identify the impacts of the current processes, and then provide recommendations on the changes that will need to occur operationally or systematically 
- Benefits and/or Health Care Experience 
- Management Consulting Experience 

Educational Requirement:
- B/A Required

CURRENT PHASE/OVERALL SCOPE/PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT:
- Definition Phase moving into Design Phase

TOP 5 DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work within a functional workstream across 6 different regions under the guidance of the Business Solutions Architect/Sr Manager 
- Strong Meeting facilitation via webex/teleconference to achieve objective 
- Develop requirements and business process impacts 
- Develop recommendations when there is an issue with the proposed solution and align stakeholders to make a decision 
- Documentation of requirements, meeting minutes, process flows, and decisions
