-Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and assess requirements
-Responsible for business process mapping as well as conducting interviews and workshops with Business to understand and define processes
-Determine integration with Intranet and collaboration solutions
-Prioritize and validate requirements through workshops
-Define project scope and initiate project
-Follow up on project progress (Timelines, Scope, Quality)
-Get required validations and manage documentation throughout
-Liaise with development teams (internal or external) and other IT partners to deliver the solution

-Profound work experience as Business Analyst
-Project Management foundation certificate
-Multinational work environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to navigate in the organization and manage stakeholders
-Knowledge of Sharepoint or Pega as a plus
-Excellent English language skills
