BUSINESS SOLUTION ANALYST AND PROJECT COORDINATOR - 80%
Are you a Business Solution Analyst and looking for a new project, then this is your chance
This is a challenging contracting position starting in DECEMBER UNTIL MAY 2017.
You will work in different projects as Business Solution Analyst.
IMPLEMENTATION OF A CASE MANAGEMENT PROCESS: Received email contacts or notifications from multiple digital external channels need to be checked and addressed to the right contact person (eg responsible in a certain country, function, campaign, channel etc.). You will not be a developer but build a liaison between customer and developer to improve this process. You will work with the business and challenge them how to set up the best process for these cases. It is not to implement the full process but to support part of it
TRAC RECONCILIATION: different digital channels (eg websites, social media, etc.). You should support to implement a reconciliation system.
MOBILE APPS: support the developing of a mobile app with developers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience as a Business Analyst for minimum 5 years
- Project Management foundation certificate
- Multinational work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to navigate in the organisation and manage stakeholders
- Excellent English language skills
- Management Methodology (PMM)
- Sharepoint or Pega
