RESPONSIBILITIES:
oTo manage the migration of assigned customers to the new SEPA payments processing services
oIt will involve regular communication with assigned customers
oResponsible for ensuring the customer is prepared for SEPA migration
oSupporting and managing the customers through migration process
ESSENTIALS:
oExcellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
oPrevious experience within a customer focused environment and proven track record of delivering on service
PREFERRED:
oPrevious experience with financial electronic banking services/payments knowledge
oMember of current Group Payments PSA team
LOCATION:
Dublin
