An exciting and challenging opportunity to join us at Gocompare.com is now open. We are looking for a Business Service Advisor to join the team in our Newport office.

The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional Client and Customer support to our business partners by logging, resolving and managing external change requests. Ensuring each request is dealt with in a professional, efficient, timely and cost effective manner

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

* Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal clients to ensure requests are dealt with promptly and accurately. Ensuring that all change activity is carried out.

* Attend meetings and telephone conferences; representing the company in a positively way to achieve a better understanding of issues and problems.

* Take responsibility for the issues and problems that are assigned to you. Making sure any issues are resolved within agreed service levels and in line with FCA requirements - escalating to the Senior Business Service Advisor when appropriate.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:

* Previous experience within a similar financial or Client Service role

* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. A minimum C Grade GCSE in Maths and English will also be required.

* The ability to handle multiple objectives at once, prioritising work and meeting agreed deadlines
