BUSINESS RISK CONTROL MANAGER

Our client is seeking an experienced BUSINESS RISK CONTROL MANAGER with outstanding organization and communication skills, you will also be a Subject Matter Expert in many of the following aspects and functions of the role:

Designing and creating the remediation process and procedures for the necessary remediation of AML, KYC and FATCA records in compliance of our client's strategic requirements in addition to the remedial investigation of AML/KYC record keeping and FATCA US Indicia and the attendant systems and controls surrounding such sales within the Private Wealth portfolio.

Designing and implementing a QA process using trend analysis in order to recommend additional thematic risk-based reviews of systems failings and training needs with the Front Office.

Design and implement an exit strategy across the Private Bank portfolio for automated client exit.

You will also be required to recruit, train and manage a team of a dozen remediation analysts.

This role will involve regular reporting to stakeholders providing MI on progress etc.
