Business Review Analyst/Complaints analyst is required to be accountable for ensuring individual customer reviews in respect of Investment products are managed and progressed to resolution in line with regulatory requirements.
The Review Analyst will have a thorough knowledge with complaint handling and of the Regulated Financial Services environment, along with experience of redress calculations. Additionally, the role holder will support the development of fellow Review Officers by maintaining an open and honest working relationship with colleagues through discussion and sharing of information, and creating best practice' in relation to the standards applied.
You will be required to have FPC or CEFA certifications to carry out this role.
