Business Requirements Engineer

For our banking client based in Zurich we are looking for a

Business Requirements Engineer

Location: Zurich

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Languages: English and German

In strong alignment with Product Owner (Business Owner/Business Project Manager/Business Requirements Provider) document, structrurize business capabilities in the structure of 'Features', 'Requirements', 'Epics', 'User Stories'. Provide for each Epic and User story the apropriate functional description on a business view, detailed acceptance criteria, all documented into JIRA. Align local and 'global' features/requirements, identify local flavours define sound basis of what a 'global' feature set is. Support Business in have clear view of the target operating model, Transfer knowledge of features, requirements, epics and stories to all IT collaboration team members

- Represent the end-user point-of-view
- User stories and acceptance criteria have to follow the INVEST guideline
- responsible that stories are estimateable by team
- propose information flow and data structure in wireframes (eg Balsamiq) or diagrams (eg Gliffy)
- visualization of dependencies in JIRA

Capable to define, clarify, structurize and document business requirements in user stories with acceptance criteria

Capable to drive business discussions to a clear view of requirements down to be able to describe user stories and acceptance criteria

- Managing wide set of descriptions and have clear view of 'ordering' within set of requirements
- Enterprise Architect and UML
- Business Object Model, Actors, Use Case Model
- Balsamiq Mockups, Gliffy
- JIRA and Confluence

3-5 years experience in requirements engineering, structuring and documentation

at least two years experience working in an agile project mode within a SCRUM team
