IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Understand End to End business workflow in Insurance and operational activities
-Understand Business functions & Business Requirements and translate those for Testing team
-Articulate and discuss queries and open questions from Testing team with Development and Business teams
-Understand hands-on testing activities based on program priorities
-Understand how to identify & define test data based test needs
-Understand integrated business eco-system
-Work on Integration Tests
-Understand End to End test environment and build End to End tests for the program

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-German and English language proficiency
-Good communication skills (client facing)
-Team player mentality and working knowledge of Agile way of working
-Coordination skills and able to build connects in and around stream
-Able to work with culturally diverse team spread across Germany, India & Mexico
-Able to sustain change in dynamic program environment
