BEING THE CUSTOMERS' PRIMARY SPEAKING PARTNER
HAVING AN OVERALL VIEW WITH THE CUSTOMERS BUSINESS NEEDS IN FOCUS
UNDERSTANDING THE CUSTOMERS' OVERALL IT COST AND FUTURE COST DEVELOPMENT
