*BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - EDINBURGH - 6 MONTHS - £150-£160PD.*

Our EDINBURGH based client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER for an INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT.

MAIN DUTIES

The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers, identifying customer needs and ensuring that the branch is able to meet these needs with an appropriate catalogue of services.

This will include:

- Regular visits and meetings with customers and customer groups, maintaining and improving relationships
- Gathering requirements, noting concerns, upcoming customer events or changes and managing expectations
- Arranging training or advice and guidance sessions where appropriate in partnership with Finance Training colleagues and Branch Team Leaders
- Acting as a single point of contact for the division and delivery partners within finance (Training, Reporting, Programme Management, BCLO network etc.). Plus maintaining and improving relationships with non-finance delivery partners
- Acting as a single point of contact for co-ordinating changes between Network Services and non-technical support

You will also be required to work with team leaders and staff in the branch, you will devise and develop process improvements for all elements of service provision.

This will include:

- Creation, deployment and maintenance of relevant Service Level Agreements (SLA) and/or Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) for all customers & customer groups
- Devising and delivering Helpdesk efficiencies to deliver helpdesk improvements, considering future helpdesk coverage and provision of meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to the Senior Management Team
- Develop and deliver communications plan and divisional event timeline co-ordinating improvements to the website/gateway content and including the use of social media.
- Deliver proposal for re-launching a new User Group/Strategy Group in consultation with customers, customer groups and Senior Management
- Housekeeping - co-ordinating all teams to ensure agreed housekeeping activities, documentation, system health checks etc. are on track

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

- Experience in project/programme management ideally working within a multidisciplinary technical environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of settings that clearly convey ideas and information, building and maintaining good relationships and co-operating with colleagues at all levels
- An enthusiastic adopter of change with the ability to motivate staff, colleagues and other stakeholders, and to drive through the delivery of business objectives and project goals
- Contract management experience
- Ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard demonstrating initiative and confidence
