Business Relationship Manager

Are you an experienced Business Relationship Manager/Client Account Manager? Do you have experience of working within the Outsourcing Industry? If so our client may be interested in you.

THE ROLE

Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking to recruit a Business Relationship Manager to manage all client relationships ensuring they are providing a first class outsourced service. To understand the client's strategic objectives and engage with all areas of the business to ensure they are able to deliver. To represent the business in all client engagement and equally being the voice of the client with all interactions.

This role will require travel UK wide.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

In order to be considered for the role you will have;

- The business acumen to develop opportunities to deliver revenue streams
- A proven track record of managing critical client relationships in an outsourced environment
- Recent experience in the mortgage industry and an understanding of market conditions/drivers
- A working knowledge of Mortgage Operational processes and key Business performance matrices
- A knowledge of the economic and regulatory environment, and understanding of the current issues facing UK financial markets
- An analytical approach and focus on results delivery with the ability to produce clear and concise proposal/recommendations to Senior Management using a variety of media.
- Demonstrable experience implementing and documenting policy and procedures.
- Understand the principles of securitisation, the impact it has on the business, future initiatives as well the restrictions it places on growth strategies.

LOCATION - Plymouth

DURATION - 6 months initially

RATE - £550.00 per day depending on experience
