A market leading financial services organisation going through an exciting period of change.
Description
The purpose of the role is to provide programme management support to key business areas, ensuring strategic alignment of all change activity, developing a change strategy as appropriate for the business areas, and equipping the teams with the tools and knowledge to deliver effective change in a sustainable manner.
Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing business change, ideally in a financial services organisation or similar and have experience of Business Change, Process and Procedures Transformation and Business Readiness. Strong stakeholder management skills are requires as you will be expected to engage and influence at all levels of the business. Ability to think strategically across the organisation.
Job Offer
£550 per day
