Projektbeschreibung

My client based in MADRID, SPAIN has an urgent requirement for a BUSINESS READINESS PROCESS MANAGER to manage the development and creation of business processes, procedures and policy documentation.

- The successful candidate will be required to:
- Work directly with business areas
- Facilitate workshops to drive out process requirements
- Ensure all actions/gaps are followed up and closed in a timely manner
- Support delivery of end-to-end workshops
- Provide regular reporting and MI to the Programme Business Readiness Project Manager
- Support creation and delivery of the stop/start plan
- Support creation and delivery of the First Occurrence Validation (FOV) plan
- Support operational readiness testing in UAT and migration event
- Spanish/English (bi-lingual or multi-lingual) - preferred
-Visio experience - preferred
- Cards business experience - essential
- Cards migration experience - preferred
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workloads
- Ability to meet tight deadline
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Flexible
- Problem Solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational/planning skills
- Team player
