BUSINESS READINESS MANAGER - BANKING - AYLESBURY - UP TO £510/DAY

A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a Business Readiness Manager to work on a complex project working on an exciting portfolio of online projects, spanning mobile apps and browser solutions. 

Our client is seeking a commercially savvy Business Readiness Manager with experience focused around global payments and change. In this role the Business Readiness Manager will be responsible for getting Aylesbury up and running and fit for purpose for the new Global Anti Money Laundering Operations

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking): 

- Management of business readiness within a major FS change programme
- Experienced in managing a team of BR managers
- Stakeholder management up to and including Director level
- Project Management                                                                                                                                            
- Strong MS skills including Excel & Project     
- Background delivering change within a regulated FS context
- Knowledge of Payments businesses and Change     

As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.
