My client a large retail bank is urgently looking for a Business Readiness Manager to join a change team on a digital transformation project.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A BACKGROUND OF WORKING WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES IS ESSENTIAL.
- Experience of retail banking and preferable digital Internet banking.
- Experience working on multi-device projects (mobile, desktop etc.)
- Operations and operational readiness experience.
- To ensure operational readiness in all impacted business units.
- To be a customer centric thinker.
- Customer proposition experience is advantageous.
- To carry out impact assessments on the banks operating model.
- Experience working within marketing or communications is advantageous.
Rate: £450-500
Location: London
Duration: 6 months
