Business Readiness Lead

We are currently seeking a number of business readiness manager to support a programme for a financial services business based in Manchester.

Key deliverables will include -
To ensure target operations/business units are prepared & ready for transformation and to manage/escalate risks to programme team.
Ensure business unit follows early plan activities
Identify and report on potential risks to delivery as well as take mitigating actions
Act as a facilitator for business change
Support the implementation of new processes where needed and feedback to the Project Managers.
Identify risks to readiness
Further input to the development of specific plans and work with programme team team to move from current to future state
To report on the readiness for change

Those who apply must have a background in business change, ideally within financial services and have worked as a readiness manager, project manager, change manager or BA.

Roles are based in Manchester and will pay £250-350pd depending on the experience and background candidates have to offer. Contracts will be for 6 months initially, extending as required.
