Business Readiness Advisor - Business Processing Operations

BUSINESS READINESS ADVISOR - BUSINESS PROCESSING OPERATIONS

Based in Manchester (city centre) a Business Readiness Advisor is required on a contract basis to work within a Business Processing Operations (BPO) function and help implement business and process related change.

You will be required to review existing BPO approach and then plan/instigate changes to help the function provide a more effective service and meet Business Objects. You will also be required to ensure all related costs are kept to a minimum.

Candidates must have previous experience of managing small scale/local change. There is a strong preference for recent experience of this within the financial services or banking sector.

You will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Business Processing Operations process, systems and working practices.

You will be required to resolve complex issues independently and accurately interpret business and technical needs to understand their potential impact.

Strong planning, scheduling and relationship-building skills.
