A leading financial institution are looking for a business focused Business Quality Assurance Manager to work within their Portfolio Management team, managing and improving the Change Management governance and quality assurance activities in order to support the high performance delivery of change projects.

This role is therefore NOT a testing role and is NOT technically focused. Only business focused Quality Assurance Managers should apply.

The business focused Business Quality Assurance Manager should have the following:

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance strategies, methods and approaches
- An understanding at a high level of the interface between complex business needs and the complex legal and regulatory environment in which the business operates.
- The business focused Business Quality Assurance Manager MUST have a strong financial services background with a proven track record managing Business Quality Assurance pieces.
