Business Project Manager - Securities

Senior Project Manager sought by our client, a large investment bank. This role is part of a large program of work to replace a Trade Order Management system. It sits within the crucial post-trade stream of the project

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Business Project Manager role within a global team responsible for managing Operations related projects locally and internationally
- Liaise with key stakeholders to determine priorities and requirements and drive implementation to completion
- Responsible for the entire project management: ensure execution is in time, scope and budget are respected, communicate within the project and to internal and external stakeholders, implement change, and facilitate team members in Business and IT
- Act as a project leader and ensure the collaboration across teams and within the program

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL

- Proven track record of large scale business projects and change management
- Securities operations processes experience
- An open, communicative personality with a very good command of written and spoken German and English

DESIRED

- Project Management certification beneficial (PMP, PRINCE2 or SCRUM Master qualification)
- High analytical, structured and strategic thinking
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and highly client-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo and developing pragmatic solutions
