Business Project Manager - Asset Management

SKILLS
*Min 2 years' experience as Project Manager
*Process design and tool enhancements skills
*German and English fluency
*Financial industry background (Asset Management/Private Banking/Fund industry/)
*Acquaintance with investment products and fees
*German and English fluency

FUNCTION

For its Asset Management Department, this global Bank based in Zurich is looking for a Project Manager with experience in the financial industry. Responsibilities include;

*Review and streamline/optimize existing business processes in the area of retrocession
*Review existing and establish new Service Level Agreements
*Responsible for the in-house tool enhancement/development
*Enhancement and Implementation of new and existing functionalities
*Manage interface between Business & IT
*Maintain and track change request list
*Specify business requirements for upcoming change requests
*General project related tasks (eg prepare documents for decision board, minutes, documentation)
*Support the Retrocession experts on "run the business" questions
