BRINE SA is currently looking for BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER ACCOUNTING SAP for our client in Lausanne area.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

In close collaboration with Finance community and the Business Excellence Organization, implement best in class harmonized processes for Finance & Accounting across the company globally, giving a special attention to change management.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

-

University or Business School degree in Finance with major Accounting, is MASTER, MBA or equivalent Finance diploma

Robust knowledge of SAP/GLOBE required

WORK EXPERIENCE:

-

At least 15 years of professional experience in Senior positions in Finance and Accounting, in international and industrial companies. A significant experience of the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

Accounting & Finance expertise, with respected Authority in this area with Major transversal project involving major stakeholders and international teams.

Understand key success factors and get actively involved to create the conditions for success.

- Identify key show stoppers/stakes, set up action plans and escalate as appropriate.
- Play an active role in change management & communication.

Implement as Early activity a common set of best in class processes for the following activities: general accounting, Account receivables and Payables, closing cycle, triangular flow and Resale minus model, Treasury, tax, fixed assets (in coordination with Finance Manufacturing key contributor).

Contribute to the functional design in SAP solution for Accounting activities:

- Involve Business Process Owner for solution validation and Decision-Making
- ensure clear documentation & Procedures for this specific scope
- Build SAP know-how internally in leveraging existing Best Practices and documentation
- Work with IT Teams

Contribute to the different phases of the project (build, test, pilot, and roll out ) on a daily basis:

- Review Technical Specifications
- Participate in Spring team training delivery (prepare end-user training material, train-the-trainer)
- Define Test Scenario and Tests Scripts in order to perform Functional Tests, Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests
- Review and check instructions for system configuration and RECIF developments (reports, enhancements, conversion, interfaces, forms)

In coordination with project Internal control team, pay specific attention to Internal control requirements including segregation of Duties.

Liaise regularly with the Head of Business Processes - Finance

Liaise regularly with other key contributors and stakeholders in their location, and Business Sponsors for finance and accounting.

Support rollout and continuous improvement: coordinate/enhance solution/train on the processes & tool, in collaboration with other streams.

Identify needs for evolutions in the organization, escalate to Head of Business Processes Finance, support the implementation of changes and provide training when necessary.

Make sure that the evolutions of SAP solution meet the needs of Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain procurement and Manufacturing, with a focus on process efficiency and Internal Control
