Business Project Manager

We are recruiting for one of our Banking and Investment clients in Zurich for a Business Project Manager to assist the Wealth Management Reporting Stream Leader in the implementation of FATCA. We are looking for Project Managers with QI concept knowledge (Qualified Intermediary) with common reporting skills and someone who understands the classical tools of a Business Project.

Your role will be to support the lead with FATCA across 23 locations globally. Managing and leading the Business Division's local Project Managers to implement FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliant Act) Reporting requirements.

- analyse, establish and implement multilevel processes
- support the BD stream leader in leading and guiding 23 local project managers in implementing FATCA, including control framework, processes, controls, validation- and sign-off process, readiness checks, etc.
- deal and solve complex issues and risks across the whole bank related with FATCA
- manage effectively interdependencies in a highly complex environment
- work together with different areas such as Group Tax, Business, Operations, IT, etc. across the whole firm
- establishing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc status reports
- effectively support the BD stream leader and assume full ownership of assigned project tasks

Requirements:

- English (German or Italian in addition advantage)
- FATCA and/or QI knowledge.
- understand the internal complex multiple Matrix program set-up.
- being able to handle intercultural factors.
- broad PM experience.
- analytical skills.
- Banking experience a prerequisite.
