Business Project Manager

Our client currently has an initial 3 month contract opportunity for a Project Manager with experience within Organisational Development (OD). In this role you will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of medium to large scale projects ensuring delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and manage project management process to support the execution of the OD plan and ensure appropriate controls and measures are in place to deliver upon the plan with the right resources, on time and within budget.
- Achieve the delivery of the defined project activities within prescribed parameters and agreed budget
- Develop and implement the project plan, escalating unanticipated variations for approval
- Identify innovation opportunities for the project and recommend step improvements
- Provide regular feedback and input to support staff performance reviews.

KEY CRITERIA:

- Demonstrated experience of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Demonstrated experience project managing HR/Learning/Organisational Development initiatives desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
