Business Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Preparing key project planning artefacts such as the project plan, schedule and risk management plan.
- Preparing project status reports and presenting status reports to the boards and other executive stakeholders.
- Representing the project in arange of forums, including briefing and engaging with project stakeholders.
- Coordinating and driving the management of dependencies across other related projects, including the resolution of issues.

DELIVERABLES:

- Project Plan.
- Project Schedule.
- Dependency Management Plan.
- Project Highlight Reports.
- Project Stage Plans.
- Project Risk Register and Issues Log.

Essential Experience

- Excellent projectmanagement skills, and a Prince2, Agile, PMBOK or SixSigmaqualification.
- Effective communication skills both orally and in writing with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Experience in working with a wide,varied and geographically-dispersed stake holder group.
- Minimum fiveyears'experience in similar roles.
