Business/Project Analyst ()

For one of my clients I am looking for a Jr. Business Analyst/Jr. Project Analyst for a project of 6 months. The role is in The Hague.

Job Description:
Support set-up and run of project management office for large business improvement project. Essential skills in excel and Powerpoint. Require confident self-starter happy to work with light management and drive through on assigned deliverables. Operating in highly matrixed stakeholder environment during early stage of project definition.
Prior experience in benefits tracking and standard project management disciplines desirable. Excellent communication skills and outcome focus are essential. Exciting opportunity to make real impact and opportunity to grow role and responsibilities for proven operator.

Standard Project Analyst role description:
Skilled in the methodical investigation, analysis and documentation of all or part of a project and its associated processes, and the information it uses.
Ability to define the requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and project, and the creation of viable specifications in preparation for project/process kick-off (in whole or any parts of the project).
Able to work with clients/users to investigate and design project functions, processes, information flows and data structures.
Good skills in communications and presentations.

Typically reports to the Project Manager. Requires an associate's degree with at least 2 years' experience in project teams.
