BUSINESS PROGRAM ARCHITECT/BUSINESS ANALYST (SENIOR)
Business Program Architect/Business Analyst (Senior) wanted for our client from the banking sector in Zurich, Switzerland.
THE PROJECT:
As a key member of the CFO/COO organization, you will play a vital role in driving the alignment of business strategy to the operational and IT design.
YOUR TASKS:
- Having strong stakeholder management involvement and working with a wide range of stakeholders, at all levels, throughout the group
- Helping to drive transformational change throughout the organization by being involved with high calibre, high profile programs and senior stakeholders
- Delivering objective architectural recommendations and follow-on actions to senior change leads and program managers
- Providing pragmatic and constructive feedback
- Leading architecture workshops and focusing groups for senior stakeholders
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor level degree or equivalent in numerical based discipline (eg Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics etc.)
- Proven track record of demonstrable solution architect experience in financial services, min. 10 years
- Broad business architecture knowledge including business models, service design, processes, systems and infrastructure
- Experience in leading and delivering large, complex change programs encompassing business and technology change
- Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken
