Business Productivity Service Architect

My Client is based in Stockholm, Sweden. They are looking for a Business Productivity Services Architect to start immediately for an initial 3-6Month contract.

Primary responsibilities are :

Define all elements of the solution model in sufficient detail to accurately estimate the cost, effort, timeline and likelihood of success in delivering the transformation with the value for the client.

Identify personnel, technology, process and offshore needs and opportunities to meet defined value objectives

Determine the cost parameters of all elements of the solution (transition, solution realization, ongoing operations) throughout the life of the contract.

Document all risks, issues and mitigation strategies that could affect fulfilling the opportunities

Creation of design and architectures for given scenarios

Driving the development of those solutions and the integration aspects

Testing of the solution and Piloting

Solution Experience

Must have performed at least 10 years in various operational/delivery roles in infrastructure management and 4 years in IM Presales, design/architect infrastructure solutions for various customers and industry verticals.

Experience in architecting solutions, responding to RFPs for infrastructure and/or service management Outsourcing Services

Skills, Experience and Qualification Required for the Position :

Minimum Qualification -

Experience - 14+ years in Infrastructure Management experience.

Technical Skills:

Excellent (Level 3) understanding on atleast 4 areas amongst the below
Windows Active Directory
File and Print Services
Service Desk, CAMS and GAM
Messaging - Exchange or Lotus Notes,office 365
Software Distribution/Lifecycle management tools like SCCM
Desktop Virtualisation (Like XenDesktop or View)
Good understanding on Citrix product
End Point Protection
Good understanding (Level 2) on LAN and WAN, Storage technologies

Soft Skills:

Good written and business communication skills
To work through issues analytically to a successful conclusion
To have ability to create documentation around architecture and new solutions
