Business Process/System Analyst (m/w)

For our client in the financial industry, we are looking for an Business Process/System Analyst (m/w) for the following tasks:

+ assessment of the administrational CRM system landscape used for contract management, sales support, billing and management reporting
+ creation of a strategic technical roadmap for future development activities
+ recommendation for data storage systems and for avoidance of redundancies, usage of standards
+ assessment of standard software vs proprietary solutions
+ review and input for Business Intelligence and Vizualisation tools

Must-have:
+ strong technical know-how with good understanding of business needs
+ wide experience with CRM tools (e.g. SAP CRM, Sales Force)
+ experience within the financial industry
+ knowledge with database technologies (e.g. Oracle) incl. development
+ multi-sourcing without data redundancy
+ knowledge of Business Intelligence and Vizialisation tools (e.g. QlikView)
+ several years of experience in the above
+ documentation
+ strong project managements skills
+ very good english and german language skills
