Our client a leader in their field are currently seeking a Business Process Support Analyst to join their London based offices on 12 month fixed term contract.

The Business Process Support Analyst will be responsible for documenting, analysing, reviewing and questioning current business processes. The Business Process Support Analyst will contribute to the creation of improvements within business processes, and develop principles to conduct process modernisation and re-engineering.

The role is Project based and will report to the Project Manager of Business Process Re-engineering

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate tactical initiatives within the BPR project as designated by the project manager
- Work collaboratively with business units and teams to gather requirements, identify, document, assess and re-engineer processes and recommend efficient working procedures that satisfy business goals and objectives
- Perform research into potential improvements to business processes, and give recommendations regarding the most suitable methodologies
- Administer process documentation, BPR tool and database on a daily basis and make recommendations for suitable BPR tools and technology for the organization.
- Contribute and engage with Business users and staff to ensure processes are captured and understood at all levels
- Advise management on the validity of opportunities identified during business process analysis
- Present findings to Project Boards, leadership and Management Team in a clear, precise and engaging way
- Coordinate cross-functional working teams to assist in the identification and ultimate delivery of Process Change into the business/functional areas

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

- Good Analyses techniques in order to understand the business needs and the workflow of the management and translate these into AS-IS & TO BE process maps/plans
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Experience identifying Business Transformation/Re-Engineering opportunities

DESIRABLE

- Good researching skills and techniques.
- Solid Practical experience in Business Process Re-engineering
