Business Process Specialist SNP/DP (APO)

Currently we are looking for a Business Process Specialist SNP/DP (APO).

You are responsible for providing in-dept business process expertise for all Supply Network planning and Demand Planning processes that are supported by the SAP APO application and at the same time are able to design the technical solution, manage standardization, and challenge our Service providers. Strong communication and presentation skills are a 'must' to function as "bridge" between business users (all levels) and service providers.

Your responsibilities

- Be the specialist and demonstrate knowledge in the functional business processes;
- Secure Template and strive for standardization while implemented solutions are accepted locally;
- Provide methodology and guidelines to the local teams during template roll outs ensuring the quality of the implementation and adherence to the template;
- Propose and assess functionality to complement the template with required functionality;
- Pro-active and re-active cooperation with the BPO Network to continuously improve business process and the template;
- Keep project management informed on progress and issues that may influence the deliverables of the project;
- Provide conceptual design of global/local gaps to the development team (ASP). Keep unique, integrated solutions along the roll out;
- Monitor and challenge service providers on solution proposals;
- Business advisory role for new trends in IT solutions and optimization of processes;
- Provide and update template documentation.

Your profile

- Education to the level norm required, preferable Master's degree in an IT discipline;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant business process, preferably in APO implementation knowledge;
- SAP consultancy skills in modules, APO
- Affinity with IT applications;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, multiple languages preferred;
- Strong communication/presentation and consulting skills;
- Willingness to travel and/or stay abroad for a longer period of time.
