Business Process Specialist- SAP

Within Consumer Europe, the Global Plan Excellence (GPEx) organization is the keeper of integrity' for supply chain planning processes, data and metrics - maintaining efficiency of process execution and ensuring skill-set building of our global planners through training, communication and facilitating/understanding the change requirements. Responsibilities cover all Global Consumer Planning processes, including Master Data, metrics, reporting and analytics.

The Supply & Plant Planning Business Process Specialist (BPS) is a regionally aligned role and guardian for supply planning processes across EMEA region under the responsibility of the Business Process Owner. The ideal candidate will be an individual with a strong understanding of supply & plant planning processes, the ability to work with multiple business partners and a deep process and systems knowledge of Supply Planning, Plant Planning and Project Management.

Member of the Global Planning Excellence (GPEx), the Supply & Plant Planning Business Process Specialist will support the Business Process Owner in defining, implementing and sustaining standard processes across the region in the disciplines of Supply Planning and Plant Planning on an operational and tactical level. The BPS will also support the Business Process Owner with strategic level process design and systems improvements.

The incumbent will provide regional process improvements to support improved measures such as UFR (Unit Fill Rate), OTIF (On Time in Full), Inventory & Plan Attainment. The Supply & Plant Planning BPS will ensure Net requirements Planning over the 24 month horizon is Embedded within the organization to deliver targets, in partnership with EMEA Regional Supply Planning. He/she will also support regional process improvement projects with Plant Planning partners to implement Master Production Scheduling improvements. This individual will facilitate Supply Planning Training of end users and liaise with the Supply Planning, Plant Planning and Copack Communities of Practice.

The Supply & Plant Planning BPS will require strong leadership and change management skills. This position will partner frequently with cross functional partners in IT, Plant, Customer Logistics, Supply Chain Finance, Product Lifecycle Management and Trade Customization to ensure processes are supported and integrated within the business. Non Technical Skills and Additional Details/Qualifications

- This candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- This candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of general business experience and minimum of 3 years of Supply and/or Plant Planning experience.
- Experience with SAP-APO SNP is mandatory.
- Lean or Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP modules such as ECC, BW, and Enterprise Portal is preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have FPX or other project management certification. IBF certification is a plus.
- The candidate will have a strong combination of supply chain planning and leadership skills.
- Leadership skills in the areas of influencing and communication are required.
- This candidate will be a self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a Matrix environment.
- This individual must possess the ability to manage difficult issues and implement positive change.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to influence without authority are required.
- The ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, and change management is required.
- Language required: English
