For a short-term project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for experienced
BUSINESS PROCESS SPECIALIST - PROCESS OPTIMIZATION (5072)
In this role, you will support the implementation of the next revision of the global policy on the internal Group Engagement.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 YEARS OR ABOVE LINE AND/OR PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY
- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF OPERATIONAL PROCESSES IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY
- KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS: PROCESS OPTIMIZATION, TARGET OPERATING MODEL DESIGN, BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT (BPM), BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Ideally experience with one or more of the following areas: Treasury function, Policy design or change
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge and skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong stakeholder management
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH BOTH ORAL AND WRITTEN
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the implementation of the next revision of the global policy on "Group Internal Engagements"
- Create Communication and Training slides on Powerpoint to facilitate policy implementation
- Create addendums for the policy to cover regional particularities in Americas, APAC, EMEA, and Switzerland
- Interface with policy stakeholders globally, gather, process and document requirements
- Facilitate resolution of deviating stakeholder requirements and recommend options
- Organize and manage work packages and report progress
- Deliver within agreed timelines, quality and budget
