Business Process Specialist (PEX) wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Academic degree or equivalent in a relevant area
- 5+ years working experience in Change Process Management, Process Optimization, Target Operating Model design or related field, preferably in financial services
- Good IT background with experience in agile projects
- Knowledge in Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, Target Operating Model design and Lean Six Sigma is advantageous
- Flexibility to travel up to 25%
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Delivering PEX initiatives, include optimising projects and Target Operating Model design
- Implementing solutions and ensuring sustainable change while evaluating current conditions from different angles
- Leading opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation
- Coaching client teams on tools and methods and supporting line managers
