Business Process Modeler - Process Excellence wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Technical or business academic degree or equivalent
- 3+ years' working experience as IT/Business Analyst in a large financial institution
- Proven knowledge in Architecture Modelling Tools, Agile Project Management, Backlog and Change Management along with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Profound knowledge of Process Optimization, Business Process Engineering, Case Management, Workflow tool integration and Robotics Process Automation
- Languages: fluent English and German is an advantage
YOUR TASKS:
- Designing and preparing processes for work management tools and implementation
- Analysing and translating requirements into specific business process models
- Developing and implementing specific BPM standards, guidelines, frameworks and process governance structure
- Supporting process (re-) designing and optimisation work with tools to deliver continuous front-to-back efficiency and to lead lean and digital transformations
