Projektbeschreibung

We need a Business Process Modeler to work onsite with our client in Detroit, Michigan.

To support the Operational Departments by developing, enhancing and managing Workforce Management models and reporting for the Operational departments and to provide analytical feedback as appropriate. To provide ad hoc analyses, projects and reports, as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design, develop and improve business process engineering models using Visio across various business units.
- Ability to develop reports and work management tools as needed by the Leadership Team
- Ad hoc analyses (both simple and complex) and projects to assist in making appropriate business decisions and improvements
- Support both internal and external reporting around our metrics reporting
- Collaborate with Leadership Team to identify opportunities for improvement and best use of resources.
- Advise Leadership Team on ways to balance work volumes.
- Advise Leadership Team regarding forecasting/planning based on actual experience and trend analysis.
- Anticipate the business needs and proactively develop ideas and solutions to meet them.
- Provide explanations, information and direction.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years experience in facilitation and workshop methodology
- Project Management Experience Helpful
- Healthcare Industry background
- Six Sigma double plus!
