Business Process Manager - Market To Cash

Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Business Process manager Market to Cash to join an exciting multinational company based in The Netherlands. Role

The role of the Business Process Manager Market to Cash has the following responsibilities:

- Global Project to harmonize and optimize business processes
- Build and validate global blue print for (pre) sales processes for all European Business Units.
- Stimulate exchange know how including change process
- Contribute to local deployments, including local validation blue print, testing and training
- Manage demand/requirements
- Manage major change projects (standardizing the current systems)
- Participate in projects and change programs
- Lead and work with a small team of internal and external specialists

The personal profile:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- A proven track record as Business Process Manager Market to Cash
- Experience in act in a lead role in projects
- Team player
- Strong in managing stakeholders
- Good communicative skills (in the English language, verbal and written)
- Experienced in creating and maintaining effective relations with business, suppliers and other Business Process Managers
- Able and willing to work in a multinational environment
- business process knowledge
