-Analysis of new and existing business processes
-Reviews of business and technical requirement documents
-Preparation and supervision of the Inlife transition of new technical solutions
-Coordination of 3rd Parties during integration phase, as IT Services and external vendors (Logistics, DMS, Print, etc.)
-Setup of business process monitoring and reporting
-Setup of KPI-Reporting
-Setup and implement business process documentation library incl. update-mechanism
-Review and update the business process documentation
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-General Telco experience, esp. prepaid business
-Experience in CRM and Billing systems and Customer Service processes
-Experience in Business process reporting and documentation
-Knowledge of CDRator internal processes
-Knowledge of relational databases
-Excellent analytical skills
-Hands-on character
-Presentation skills
