Our Operational Excellence department is looking to recruit a Project Manager who masters ISO 9001 & 9004 standards and is specialised in Business Process Management. In collaboration with our Quality Coordinator, the mission is to identify, analyse and put measures in place to improve the internal processes within our Network Engineering and Operations department.
The client is a large telco organisation based in Brussels. The goal is to implement an effective regime of continuous improvement. Each department will be able to monitor progress in the implementation of procedures, reducing costs or human resources.
