BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in South San Francisco, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Will also be responsible for implementing standard processes
- Business Process Manager will be responsible for building cross-functional teams.
- Manage process documentation and retention

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Partner with the gRED Quality and Compliance Office to identify clinical operation, business process gaps in support of the development of QMS.
- The QMS sets out the structure, responsibilities and procedures that help gRED identify, measure, control and enhance core business processes & dash to maintain compliance, improve business performance and patient safety.
- Lead business critical business process improvements that can range from conducting root cause analysis, conduct voice of customer sessions, facilitate process workshops, implement process improvements, define and track process metrics, and create business process maps and guidance documents.
- The Business Process Manager will be a subject matter expert around the philosophy of Business Process Management (BPM), including Business Process Ownership.
- This position will be responsible for understanding of the existing business processes, transforming those processes into a consistent process, and gaining alignment to implement those processes.
- This position will also be responsible for implementing standard processes required by our customers.
- This role will be looking at all Clinical Operation's processes and leveraging the "Best of Breed" process and solutions where appropriate.
- The Business Process Manager is also responsible for tracking and communicating progress oh his/her activities to the Senior Business Process Manager.
- The Business Process Manager will be responsible for building cross-functional teams.
- This role will need to "think out of the box" and be able to challenge processes that don't add value and exploit processes that do add value.
- Gathering, documenting business requirements and ensuring that the technology solutions meet those needs.
- Project status and obstacle communication.
- Issue resolution - business and technical.
- Resolution of resource issues.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- A minimum of five (5) years related experience in Clinical Operations.
- Five (5) + years of Business Process Management experience.
- Experience re-engineering processes for nimble, innovative, complex organizations.
- Experience in working in a change management environment.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Pharma/Biotech industry experience preferred.
- Four Year College Degree in Business, Engineering, or Equivalent years of experience in Clinical Operations.
